- Using this site. Silver Canyon publishes this site and the generation service under the plain terms below. Submitting a job, a batch, or an enquiry means you agree to them.
- Batch and overnight jobs. Jobs submitted to the overnight queue run in the order received, subject to fair-queue rules that give smaller batches priority over very large ones during peak hours. We aim to complete a batch by the next business morning but do not guarantee an exact completion time; a job that fails mid-run is retried automatically once before we flag it for manual review.
- Your uploaded files. You keep ownership of any reference photo, site plan, or massing study you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process that file into the mesh you requested; we do not reuse it for any other purpose and delete it from active storage once the project is complete, per the Privacy Policy.
- Not a licensed architect. Massing studies and architecture-adjacent models generated through this service are a visualisation and ideation aid only. They are not a substitute for a licensed architect, structural engineer, or the building-code review your project legally requires before construction — treat generated massing as a starting sketch, not an approved drawing.
- Ownership of output. Subject to the point above, you own the meshes and exports your own prompts and uploads produce, and may use them commercially.
- Copyright in site content. Everything published on this site outside the generation tool is our own work unless credited. You are welcome to read and link to it; copying it into commercial use without asking is not permitted.
- Accuracy of information. Information here is offered in good faith and updated when things change. Final prices and plan details are confirmed on your invoice — the site is an introduction, not a contract.
- Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. A batch already running when you cancel is completed and made available for download before the account closes.
- Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, Silver Canyon accepts no liability for indirect losses arising from the use of this site or the generation service, including losses from relying on generated massing as a finished architectural drawing. Linked third-party sites are outside our control and their content is their own.
- Updates. We may update these terms as the business changes; the version published here is the one in force. Material changes will be visible on this page.
- Applicable law. The law of the place where Silver Canyon is established applies to these terms and to any dispute arising from the use of this site, and the Nagoya district courts have jurisdiction over any dispute that reaches that stage.
- Force majeure. Neither side is liable for a delay caused by something genuinely outside its reasonable control, including a cloud-provider outage affecting the overnight queue. We still work to clear a delayed batch as soon as the underlying cause is resolved.
- Support hours. Support messages are read and answered within one business day, Monday to Friday. A stuck batch or a failed export is treated as more urgent than a general pricing question and is usually looked at the same day.
