- Privacy policy. This page explains what information Silver Canyon collects when you visit this site, submit a batch of generation jobs, or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect what running the pipeline requires, and we never sell or trade any of it.
- Information we receive. We hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to and to notify you when an overnight batch finishes, and the correspondence that follows. There is no public profile system.
- Overnight and batch generation queue. Studio and Hire-Us clients can submit a batch of jobs to run overnight on the shared queue. We keep a queue log (job count, submission time, completion time) to diagnose stuck jobs and calculate fair queue priority; the log is not shared with anyone outside the small team operating the pipeline and is cleared 45 days after the batch completes.
- Architecture and massing reference files. If you upload site plans, massing studies, or reference photos for an architecture-adjacent generation, those files are used only to produce the mesh you asked for. We do not forward them to any third party, and we delete the source upload once the resulting model has been downloaded and the project is marked complete, unless you ask us to keep it attached to the project for future revisions.
- Purposes. Your details are used for exactly one thing: running the generation or batch you asked for and answering whatever you wrote to us about. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with advertisers.
- Sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, or to the cloud host running the generation queue strictly to operate the service, and to no one else.
- Testimonials and reviews. If you agree to let us publish a quote from your correspondence as a testimonial on this site, we ask first and use only the wording and name you approve; you can ask us to remove a published testimonial at any time.
- Retention. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed to handle your matter and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Records we are legally required to keep are kept for the statutory period and no longer.
- Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message to hello@silver-canyon.com is enough.
- Keeping it safe. What little we hold, including uploaded reference and massing files, is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
- Children. This service is built for game studios, product designers and architecture-adjacent makers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
- Marketing communications. We do not run a newsletter or marketing list on this site. If that ever changes, sign-up will be opt-in only and every message will carry a one-click way to stop receiving them.
